Subscription Agreement

This agreement is between you — the business that signs up for Appstron One ("you", the "customer") — and Appstron Soft ("we", "us"), who provide Appstron One, an online business management system ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept this agreement on behalf of your business. If you do not accept it, do not use the service.

1. Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. The person who signs up becomes the administrator of your account and can add users, decide what each of them may do and add companies within your plan.
• You are responsible for everything done under your users' sign-ins. Keep passwords private, use two-factor authentication where you can, and tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
• The service is for businesses. Users must be at least 18.

2. Free trial

A new account starts with a free trial for the period shown when you sign up (15 days unless we tell you otherwise), within the limits of the trial plan. When the trial ends, access to the account stops until you subscribe. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends; see section 8 for how long we keep it.

3. Plans, fees and payment

• Each plan has limits — for example the number of users and companies — shown in Settings → Subscription. The service will not let you go beyond your plan's limits; upgrade to raise them.
• Fees are those we quote to you for your plan and period, payable in advance. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires them.
• If a payment is not received by the end of a paid period, access stops until it is paid. We do not delete data because a payment is late.
• Fees already paid are not refunded for a period that has started, unless the law requires otherwise.

4. Your data

• Everything your business enters into the service — contacts, products, invoices, accounting entries and so on — belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service to you, to keep it secure and to support you.
• You can download your data at any time from Settings → Subscription → Export your data.
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to enter the personal information of your own customers, suppliers and staff, and for the accuracy of the records you keep with the service, including your tax filings.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to store or spread malicious code, to try to reach data that is not yours, to test or overload the service without our written permission, or to resell it without an agreement with us. We may suspend an account that does any of these.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, including regular backups, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted. We may need short maintenance windows and will try to schedule them outside business hours. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a core feature you rely on without reasonable notice.

7. Suspension and ending the agreement

• You can close your account at any time from Settings → Subscription. Access stops straight away.
• We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of section 5. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you time to put it right.

8. What happens to your data at the end

After you close your account, or when a trial or subscription has ended and is not renewed, we keep your data for 30 days so you can come back or export it. After that we delete it from the service; copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle. If you want your data deleted sooner, ask us.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or lost business), and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell account administrators in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

11. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
