Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Appstron Soft collects when you use Appstron One, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the people who sign up and use the service. The business data a customer keeps in Appstron One — including details of its own customers, suppliers and staff — belongs to that customer; we process it only on the customer's behalf and under its instructions (see the Subscription Agreement).
What we collect
- Account details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, your company's name, country, currency and language, and what you tell us about your company when you sign up.
- Sign-in and security records: when you sign in, from which network address and browser, and whether the attempt succeeded — to protect accounts against misuse. Passwords are never stored as such, only as a one-way hash.
- Settings you choose, such as your time zone (taken from your browser the first time you sign in) and language.
- Messages you send us, and notes of subscription changes and payments on your account.
How we use it
- To run your account: to sign you in, to send account emails (activation, password reset, documents you choose to send from Appstron One) and to apply your plan and subscription.
- To keep the service secure and to investigate misuse.
- To support you and to tell you about changes to the service or to these terms.
We do not sell personal information, do not use it for advertising, and do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who else handles it
Only the providers we need to run the service, each for that purpose only: the company that hosts our servers and database, the email service that delivers our messages, and — once online payment is offered — the payment provider that takes card or wallet payments (we do not store card details). We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. After an account is closed or its subscription ends without renewal, we keep the account and its data for 30 days, then delete it; backup copies are overwritten in the normal backup cycle. Sign-in records are kept only as long as needed for security.
How we protect it
- Passwords are stored as salted hashes; two-factor authentication is available for every user.
- Each customer's data is kept apart from every other customer's; users see only the companies they belong to.
- Connections to the hosted service are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to the servers is restricted.
Cookies
Appstron One uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, one that protects forms against forgery, and one that remembers your time zone. Display preferences (such as dark mode and list columns) are kept in your own browser's storage. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
- See and correct your details in your profile; an administrator can correct any user of their company.
- Download your company's data from Settings → Subscription → Export your data.
- Close your account from Settings → Subscription, or ask us to delete your data.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or raise a concern, using the contact details below.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell account administrators about material changes before they take effect.
